Zukro Farm Fresh (Zukro Ventures) dispatches orders from Madurai, Tamil Nadu and delivers through trusted logistics partners including Ekart.
1. Delivery areas
We deliver across serviceable PIN codes in India. Serviceability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Some remote locations may not be serviceable.
2. Dispatch & delivery timelines
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Estimated delivery is typically 2–6 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Perishable items are packed appropriately for transit; timelines may vary during festivals, weather disruptions or courier delays.
3. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
- Family Members enjoy free shipping on eligible orders as part of their membership benefits.
4. Order tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your order status in My Account → My Orders. Where available, a courier tracking link is shared via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
5. Delivery attempts & failed deliveries
- Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and someone is available to receive the order.
- If delivery fails after reasonable attempts (wrong address, unreachable, repeatedly unavailable), perishable items may be discarded for food-safety reasons and may not be refunded.
