At Zukro Farm Fresh (Zukro Ventures) we want you to be happy with every order. Because we sell fresh and perishable food, the following policy applies.
1. Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order from My Account → My Orders while it is still New, Pending or Processing (before it is packed/shipped).
- Once an order is Shipped or Delivered, it can no longer be cancelled online — please contact us.
- If you cancel a prepaid order in time, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
2. Returns & replacements
As our products are perishable food items, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons of taste preference or change of mind. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- You received a damaged, spoiled or leaking product, or
- You received the wrong item, or
- An item was missing from your order.
3. Refund method & timeline
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days of approval; your bank/card provider may take additional time to reflect it.
- For Pay-on-Delivery orders, refunds (where applicable) are made via bank transfer/UPI to details you provide.
4. Non-refundable items
- Products consumed, opened or used (except quality issues covered above).
- Zukro Seeds redeemed and membership fees, except where required by law.
5. Failed / undelivered orders
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability after reasonable attempts, perishable items may be discarded for safety and may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
