How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart and check out. Pay securely online or choose Cash on Delivery where available. An account is optional, but it lets you track orders and earn Seeds rewards.
Can I modify an order after purchase?
Yes — while the order is still New, Pending or Processing. Contact us quickly on WhatsApp or by phone and we'll amend it before it's packed.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. While the status is New, Pending or Processing, you can cancel it directly from your account, or ask our team to cancel it for you.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — an on-screen confirmation immediately, plus an email/WhatsApp message with your order details.
How can I track my order?
Track progress anytime under Account > Orders, or use the tracking link in your confirmation message.
Do I earn rewards on orders?
Yes. You earn Seeds (1 Seed = ₹1) — roughly 10% of each order — redeemable against future purchases. Your earned, redeemed and available balance is shown in your account.

Payments & Billing

Which payment methods are accepted?
All major methods through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — plus Cash on Delivery where available for your location.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay over an encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant gateway. Zukro never sees or stores your card details.
Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes, a GST invoice is available for your order. Let us know if you need it issued to a business name or GSTIN.
What happens if my payment fails?
No order is created, so you can simply retry or use another method. If an amount is debited without an order, it's automatically reversed by your bank, usually within a few business days.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The product price and any delivery fee are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. What you see is what you're charged.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–6 days depending on your location and the product. You'll see an estimate at checkout and a tracking link once dispatched.
Which regions do you serve?
We serve customers across India through trusted logistics partners. Some fresh items may be limited to specific areas — availability is confirmed at checkout.
How are shipping charges calculated?
By weight and destination, shown at checkout before payment. Family members and qualifying orders may receive free delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it.
What happens if I miss delivery?
The courier reattempts delivery. Use your tracking link to coordinate a convenient time or leave delivery instructions.
How can I track my shipment?
Via the tracking link in your confirmation, or under Account > Orders.

Product Quality & Farm Sourcing

How does Zukro verify product quality?
We apply defined sourcing standards and check products against quality and safety expectations before dispatch — confirmed, not assumed. Zukro is FSSAI registered (22426579001099).
Where do your products come from?
From our own farm, Sri Vishnu Farms, and a vetted network of producers held to the same standard. Origin is traceable, not anonymous.
How are farmers and producers selected?
By alignment to our standards — the most reliable grower, not the lowest bidder. Read our partnership model.
What quality checks are performed?
Grading, handling and verification appropriate to each category, before the product is packed and dispatched.
How does Zukro maintain freshness?
We prepare in small batches, dispatch promptly and pack to protect quality through the journey to your door.
How does traceability work?
Origin and batch information is available on request, and we're extending traceability into the products themselves over time.

Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction

What is the return policy?
Perishable items are limited by their nature, but damaged or incorrect products are eligible for replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after a quick verification.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly — the standard is ours to uphold, not yours to police.
What if the product differs from what I expected?
Reach out and tell us what happened. We'd rather understand and resolve it than lose your trust.
How quickly are refunds processed?
We initiate approved refunds promptly after verification; the time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Can businesses source directly through Zukro?
Yes. We supply retailers, supermarkets, distributors, hotels, restaurants, food manufacturers and exporters.
What products are available for bulk purchase?
Dairy and ghee, pickles and traditional foods, cold-pressed oils, seasonal produce and dry goods — with shelf-stable lines prioritised for export.
Do you support recurring procurement?
Yes. Recurring orders are planned in advance on an agreed schedule for reliability.
Can I request custom packaging?
Yes, for qualifying volumes — including private-label packaging and labelling.
How do I become a wholesale partner?
Submit an inquiry on our Wholesale page. We then hold a discovery call, share samples and a quote, run a trial order, and move to ongoing supply.

How do I reset my password?
Use 'Forgot password' on the login page to reset securely via email or OTP.
How does Zukro use my personal information?
